1-Year Limited Warranty

Product: Lasers

We warrant that our laser devices will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered:

• Repair or replacement (at our discretion) of defects due to faulty materials or workmanship under normal use.

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents (e.g., water, fire, drops);

• Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs;

• Cosmetic wear and tear.

Void Conditions:

This warranty is void if

• The device is opened, disassembled, or tampered with;

• The serial number or other identifying label is removed or defaced.

How to Make a Claim:

Contact us at sales@lasoliton.com with:

• Proof of purchase

• Serial number

• Description of the issue

• Photos or videos if applicable.

We may require return of the product for inspection. Shipping costs for returns may apply.
